In order to prevent the occurrence of the above problems, Xiaobian believes that we should pay attention to the following aspects.
(1) When different types of cartons need to be put together on one plate for printing, if products with the same or similar tone are not put together in the same longitudinal position, there may be A phenomenon that A product can meet the standard of the printing sample, B product is basically close to the standard of the printing sample, C product has a slight color difference with the printing sample, and D product has a large color difference with the printing sample. Therefore, warm colors, cool colors and intermediate colors should be put together in the same longitudinal position when making plates, so as to facilitate the printing of high-quality products.
(2) If the non-graphic part of the carton is placed in the mouth of the plate, and the image placed at the drag tip is not continuous adjustment, but flat net or field, then it is easy to produce "ghost" during printing, which seriously affects the quality of the product. At this time should put the non-graphic part in the drag, so that there will be no "ghost".
(3) When assembling plates, it should also be noted that the finished line of the carton should not be omitted in order to save the film, but that the printing and printing personnel should calculate the position of the mouth and the finished product, which will greatly affect the production efficiency, and may cause major accidents because of the temporary negligence of printing and printing personnel.
(4) The output film usually does not contain the pull-gauge marking line, but if the mouth and the trailing end are blank, it will bring great inconvenience to the printing position of the carton. To this end, it is necessary to make a pull-gauge marking line on the film. Those who do not need to mount corrugated cardboard packaging box, pull marking line made in the body part; Need to mount corrugated cardboard packaging box, pull marking line made in the outward part.
(5) Ensure that the film meets the printing requirements, and carefully check whether the text and text on the film are consistent with the printing sample after the film output (the box knife plate line as the check basis must be standardized).
(6) To ensure the correct alignment between different films, this is because a set of film is usually output in two, its overprinting accuracy is easily affected by some objective factors. The output film should be remade in case of quality problems.
(7) before printing should be carefully compared with the film and the proof, if the main tone of the film density is too large, it should be added when printing the exposure time, to avoid heavy printing tone; If the density is small, the exposure time should be reduced when printing, so as not to lose the dot affect the color reproduction.
